I own several pieces from Body Solid and this one lives up to the expectation set by the others: well engineered, well built, good assembly instructions. I'm over 200 pounds and this gear doesn't flinch. It's more expensive than something you'd get from the local sporting goods store but the fact they send along touch-up paint is revealing.
